Customer Care

Your comfort and satisfaction mean the absolute most to us. Please let us know of any questions or concerns you may have and we will be sure to answer those for you. If there is anything we can do prior or during your in-clinic procedure to make you more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know. 

cancellation/ "no show" policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not show for a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge the following:

  • Pre-paid package: the treatment will be forfeited

  • Treatment: $50.00 fee will be charged

mandatory consultation
prior to laser hair removal

In order to achieve the best results, we require you book a consultation prior to starting your laser hair removal treatments. This is for your safety.
